Appointments are preferred so we can plan a personalized styling experience for you. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to stylist and fitting-room availability; scheduled brides take priority.

While bridal appointments are complimentary, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Any card authorization or payment terms will be disclosed during booking.

Your party may include up to four people total: the bride and up to three guests. Choose the people whose opinions you trust most; other loved ones can join your special moment by video call.

Gowns generally range from $400–$1,200, and every gown is marked down at least 50% from its original retail price. Prices vary by design and availability.

Our boutique is a treasure hunt of designer gowns, samples and rare prototypes. Some prototypes were made only once, ever. Each gown is offered from our current inventory, so a favorite may be gone tomorrow and cannot necessarily be replaced.

Yes! Our gowns are sold off the rack, including new gowns and samples that may have been tried on before. None of the gowns have ever been worn down the aisle. After selecting your gown, you can take it home that same day.

We carry bridal gowns from size 2 to 20, with individual sizes and styles depending on current inventory. Bridal sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes, so come open-minded and let our stylist help with fit.

Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to change out of, and nude or skin-tone seamless underwear if possible. A strapless or convertible bra is optional and heels of a similar height to what you plan on wearing on your big day. Avoid heavy makeup, self-tanner or lotions that could transfer to delicate gowns. Most importantly, come ready to try a few unexpected styles as you may find your dream dress where you least expect it.

Your stylist will ask about your wedding, vision, fit and budget, then help you navigate through a thoughtful selection of gowns. We will help you compare your favorites and narrow down your options to the perfect one.

No. We do not offer in-house alterations, customizations, or custom-made gowns, and we do not employ a seamstress. We may refer you to other independent local alteration professionals as a courtesy, but all alterations, fees and timelines are to be arranged directly with them.

No, we do not hold dresses as we are completely first come, first serve. Our inventory is constantly changing, so what you see today may be gone tomorrow. Specific styles may have an option to order for delivery. You may check with your stylist about this but if you find the gown you love, purchasing it that day is the only surefire way to make sure it is yours.

Yes. All gowns and accessories are sold as-is, and all sales are final, without returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations. Like any retail or department store, items may have been tried on by other brides before you and therefore may obtain minor snags or imperfections over time. Please inspect your gown carefully before purchasing.
